What was my role?
As Senior Social Media Manager, I led all aspects of social media marketing strategy and execution for both clients and the agency. My responsibilities included conducting comprehensive audits, developing data-driven social strategies, creating and managing content calendars, overseeing content production, and ensuring consistent, high-performing social media management across channels.
I managed client presences on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, tailoring strategies and content to align with each platform’s audience and best practices.

At Kiterocket, I led comprehensive social media audits and developed strategic platform plans for new and existing clients, guiding the overall direction of their digital presence. Each audit provided a thorough assessment of content performance, audience engagement, and brand consistency across channels.
I evaluated platform relevance, posting cadence, visual identity, messaging, and community interaction, offering actionable recommendations that informed both content strategy and resource allocation.

Renesas Electronics wanted to strengthen its digital presence beyond technical product promotion. The goal was to showcase the brand’s broader identity — including company culture, CSR initiatives, DE&I efforts, recruiting, executive visibility, and public relations — while driving meaningful engagement across multiple social platforms.

In addition to managing client social media, I led social media strategy and content creation for the agency itself. I developed Kiterocket’s social media strategy in alignment with the broader marketing objectives and created an annual content calendar to support key initiatives throughout the year. I oversaw cross-channel content production and provided regular performance reporting to the leadership team, ensuring insights informed ongoing strategy and optimized engagement.
